Technical centre

An open reference for every series in the range: the section of each profile, its dimensions in millimetres, its code, the matching glazing bead and the auxiliary profiles - reproduced from the source technical drawing catalogue.

How to read a technical drawing

A technical drawing is not a photograph of the product but a cross-section of it: what you see is the shape the profile takes when cut across its length. The voids inside are the chambers - the internal structure that carries the reinforcement and separates inside from out.

This section is what the fabricator actually works from: it shows where the glass sits, where the reinforcement enters, and how the sash meets the frame.

How dimensions are presented

All dimensions are in millimetres. A, B and C are the dimension leaders drawn on the section itself: A the visible width of the profile, B its depth (which corresponds to the system width in the series where the catalogue states one), and C the overall height of the part as marked.

The smaller figures inside the section are chamber dimensions marked on the drawing. We reproduce them as printed: we do not convert or round them.

What the profile code is for

The code is the one identifier that cannot be misread. A descriptive name can be translated or shortened, but T7002, R6008 or S6003 points to a single part with its printed dimensions.

In ordering, pricing and bills of quantities, the code is what prevents error. Send codes rather than descriptions and the quotation comes back faster and tighter.

Three groups that are not mixed

  1. 01Main profiles

    Frame, sash, middle registration and casing frame: the parts that build the body of the window or door. Each series has its own set, and profiles from one series are not mixed into another.

  2. 02Glazing beads

    The parts that hold the glass inside the frame. Their thickness follows the glass build-up, and each group of series has its single and double codes.

  3. 03Auxiliary profiles

    Casing, box profiles, pipes, corner adaptors and lambri: the finishing and fixing parts. They are used across more than one series, so they are shown separately.

How professionals use it

The fabricator fixes the right code before cutting and avoids re-fabrication; the dealer prices on stable codes; the engineer carries dimensions into a bill of quantities or specification without an intermediary.

The bead codes the catalogue prints for each group of series.

Where the source prints two conflicting thicknesses for one group, we publish neither the thickness nor the build-up and give only the undisputed codes. Contact us to confirm before ordering.

One item in this table has a printed caption that disagrees with the dimension leaders on the same drawing; we show its name and publish no disputed dimension. Its dimensions are confirmed at the time of order.

What we publish, and what we do not

We publish what the source catalogue documents: sections, dimensions, codes, glazing beads and colours. Data the catalogue does not print - thermal and acoustic values, wind resistance, certifications - appears nowhere on this site, because we do not estimate it or borrow it from a comparable product. If you need a figure that is not published here, ask us directly and we will come back with what can be documented.
